ESPN is running a contest to determine where exactly is “Titletown, USA”.
The cities that you would expect are on our list of finalist, including Boston, Green Bay, and Gainesville, FL.
One of the dark horse candidates is my hometown of Valdosta, GA. A town with 100k people.
On a pure popular vote basis, the odds are not good for us, but we would probably win this hands down if the vote was per capita based. This is a bid deal for the people of our community.
